Step-by-step setup
Open the App Store
On an Apple TV, open the App Store from the home screen. On an iPhone or iPad, open the App Store app as normal.
Install a player
Search for "IPTV Smarters Player", "iPlayTV" or "GSE Smart IPTV" and install one. Smarters costs nothing; the other two carry a one-time price. Ignore anything called TiviMato or Tivimax, which are not TiViMate and are not made by the same developer.
Add your GreatestIPTV login
Open the app and select Xtream Codes login, then enter the username, password and server URL from WhatsApp. On an iPhone you can paste each field straight out of the chat, which avoids the typos that cause most failed logins.
Enable AirPlay if you want
From an iPhone, AirPlay inside the player will throw a channel onto an Apple TV or any AirPlay-compatible television in the same room.
Common errors and fixes
The stream will not play but the channel list loads
A loading list with a dead picture usually means a codec the default Apple decoder will not touch. Change the player engine to VLC or FFmpeg in the app settings and the same channel generally plays.

Is there IPTV Smarters for Apple TV?
Yes. IPTV Smarters Player sits on the tvOS App Store and costs nothing. It handles Xtream Codes login, the guide, catch-up and on-demand content. TiViMate, however, has no Apple TV release at all, and the similarly named apps you will find there come from unrelated developers.
Can I watch GreatestIPTV on my Mac?
Yes. Either install IPTV Smarters Player from the Mac App Store, or simply open your M3U link in VLC or IINA, both of which handle it without configuration. The Windows and Mac guide walks through each route in full.
