Step-by-step setup
Find the Xtream option in your app
The wording differs by app: "Login with Xtream Codes API" in IPTV Smarters, "Xtream Codes login" in TiViMate, and simply "Xtream" or "API" in most of the rest.
Enter the server URL
Enter the complete address with http:// at the front and the port at the end, for example http://example.com:8080. Nothing should follow the port number; adding a path is the single most common cause of a rejected login.
Enter username and password
Take both exactly as sent. They are case sensitive, and a capital letter in the wrong place fails silently. The profile name itself is yours to choose and affects nothing.
Save and let it sync
Channels, on-demand content and the guide download by themselves from here. The same three details work on every device you own, so there is nothing new to request when you add a second screen.
Common errors and fixes
The app asks for an M3U URL instead
Use the M3U link from that same activation message. It carries the identical credentials in a different format, and the M3U playlist guide explains how it is put together.
